The Sports Leaders Awards provides Radcliffe School student’s opportunities to develop many skills, which will be of use to them both in a sporting environment and in life in general.

We do not just focus solely on their sporting ability. The course helps develop many leadership skills such as; Organisation, Resilience, Initiative and Communication.

Throughout the year students have the opportunity to participate in all sorts of sporting events, leading and assisting many different years. We will have inter-house events for Years 7-11 in many sports such as netball, football, dodge ball and basketball. There will also be many primary school festivals for Radcliffe School Sports Leaders help run for our primary partner schools and every year they help provide extra-curricular clubs for these schools as well as essential assistance at Sports Days across the breadth of Milton Keynes.

Sports leaders are an integral part of The Radcliffe School and the PE Department. Many of these events would not be possible without the help in leading and assisting from our Sports Leaders.
