Paula Lawson – Headteacher Joined The Radcliffe School in 2005 and has been Headteacher since January 2017 Also Chair of the Radcliffe Community of Schools and works alongside Primary Partner Head Teachers to ensure we are providing the best education for our entire community.

Phil Southwell Deputy Head Has worked at Radcliffe School since 2004. Overseeing Quality of Education and Curriculum.

Jason Falkner – Business Manager Has worked at The Radcliffe School since 2005. Leading on Finance, Timetabling, Site, Support Services and Management Information systems.

Steve Truan – Assistant Headteacher Has worked at The Radcliffe School since 2005. Leading on Cultural Capital, Extra-Curricular programmes, Digital Employability Skills, Transition for Key Stage 2 into Key Stage 3, Community Voice and Marketing.

Ann-Marie Smith – Assistant Headteacher Has worked at The Radcliffe School since 2013. Leading on Sixth Form, CEIAG, Work Experience.

Harry Foster-Smith – Assistant Headteacher Has worked at The Radcliffe School since 2020. Leading on STEM, Home Learning, Rewards Strategy, Raising Standards Leader (Y11), KS4 Options and National Tutoring Program,

Gary Stilton – Assistant Headteacher Has worked at The Radcliffe School since 2018. Leading on Attendance, Mental Health Strategy and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.

Jack Truan – Assistant Headteacher Joined The Radcliffe School in 2024. Leading on the House System, Behaviour / Self Regulation, Looked after Children, Personal Development, Modern Britain/ PHSE, Alternative Education, Designated Safeguarding Lead.

Vinette Hoffman-Gibbs – Assistant Headteacher Joined The Radcliffe School in 2024. Leading on Inclusion, Reading, Phonics and Numeracy intervention, SEND progress and support, Access arrangements

Sarah Robinson – Assistant Headteacher Joined The Radcliffe School in 2019. Leading on Initial Teacher Training, Learning development, Reading, Writing and Oracy Improvement Strategy, CPD programmes.
