Paula Lawson – Headteacher Has worked at The Radcliffe for 18 years and has been Headteacher since January 2017 Also Chair of the Radcliffe Community of Schools and works alongside Primary Partner Head Teachers to ensure we are providing the best education for our entire community.

Jason Falkner – Business Manager Has worked at The Radcliffe School for 18 years. Leading on Finance, Timetabling, Site, Support Services and Management Information systems.
Steve Truan – Assistant Headteacher Has worked at The Radcliffe School for 18 years. Leading on Cultural Capital, Extra-Curricular programmes, Digital Employability Skills, Transition for Key Stage 2 into Key Stage 3, Community Voice and Marketing.
